Six easy steps to get started:
1. Open a new window of thumbcellular.com and Click “PAY BILL” in the top navigation. You will be redirected to the secure Thumb Cellular online bill pay website.
2. Register your account by clicking the “Register” button on the middle-left of the screen.
3. Enter your information. Complete the registration form with all fields of information, confirm your acceptance of the Online Bill Pay Terms and Conditions, and click “Register”.
4. Verify your account. Navigate to your personal email mailbox associated with your new Online Bill Pay account. There will be an email from Thumb Cellular about your newly-created account. Click the link in the email to confirm enrollment. Congrats! Your account is now ready to use.
5. Login to your account. Navigate back to thumbcellular.com. Click “PAY BILL” in the top navigation, then enter the User Name and Password that you created. Click “Log In” to enter your account.
6. Review your bill and pay online. You will be directed to your Online Bill Pay dashboard. From here, you can check your bill and make payments with your checking account or credit card.
