Each county served by Thumb Cellular has an assigned Key Account Manager or Specialist available to assist with new and existing accounts requiring seven or more active cellular lines. Additionally, each Thumb Cellular location is fully staffed with Customer Care Representatives willing to help with product selections and account services, including new sales.
